LEANN P. WEAVER

Leann P. Weaver, 60, of Nanticoke, formerly of Hunlock Creek, died on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in Jefferson Methodist Hospital, Philadelphia.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of Mabel Helmbold McKeel of Shavertown and the late Sheldon (Jack) McKeel.  Leann was a graduate of Lake Lehman High School and worked for Bayada as a Pediatric Nurse.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and devoted much of her time to caring for disabled children. 

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde Weaver and son William Weaver.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Kristie Weaver of Nanticoke, grandchildren Linda Eid, Chelsea Titman-Brace and Riley Weaver; brother Warren McKeel of Hunlock Creek; Six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 from 4 to 6 pm at the Piatt Funeral and Cremation, 6 Sunset Lake Rd. Hunlock Creek.
