Joseph Dacri

Joseph T. Dacri, 56, of Laurel Run, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

Born in Philadelphia on September 12, 1969, he was the son of Andrea McLaughlin Dacri and the late Peter Dacri.

Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. During his military service, he earned several decorations, including the Air Force Training Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, and Army Service Ribbon.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he especially enjoyed spending time at the gun range. Joseph was also a devoted movie buff who appreciated classic films and action movies. He was a faithful member of St. Andrew's Parish, Wilkes-Barre.

Surviving are his loving wife, Julie A. Dacri; his son, Joseph P. Dacri of Pittston; his daughter, Samantha A. Dacri of Exeter Township; his mother, Andrea Dacri; his brother, Phillip Dacri; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Dacri.

Private interment with military honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
