JERRY MARINUS, JR.

Jerry Marinus, Jr, 57, of Berwick, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Jerry and Wanda Habinowski Marinus, Sr. and was employed as a commercial fisherman in Point Pleasant, NJ.  Jerry's passion was fishing; but was the best poppie and mostly loved spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Left to cherish his memory are his companion of 29 years, Marcie Iversen of Berwick; brothers, John and David Marinus both of Wilkes-Barre; sister, Donna Marinus of Kingston; two stepdaughters, Kirsten Welsh and Tabatha Iversen; great grandchildren, Rylie, Emma, Chris, Camryn and Taylor.  He is also survived by one niece, Melony Tyrrell and nephews David and Michael Marinus.

Jerry's wishes were to have no public services.
