Harold E. Redmond

Harold E. Redmond, of Shickshinny, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side.

Born in Hunlock Creek, he was the son of the late Ames and Ethel Redmond.

Harold worked for many years as a commercial contractor. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, camping, and riding motorcycles. He also had a lifelong appreciation for cars and motorcycles, hobbies that brought him much enjoyment throughout the years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Redmond; and his sisters, Hazel Nevel, Joan Whitesell, and Alma Saddlemire.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Bloom) Redmond; his sons, Vincent Redmond of Shickshinny, Michael Redmond and his wife, Elizabeth, of Spring City, Pennsylvania, and Joseph Redmond and his wife, Kristen, of Sweet Valley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will cherish his memory.

A graveside funeral service was held.
