ELAINE SORBER Obituary

Elaine Sorber, 100, of Shickshinny, died on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 in Allied Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Berwick, she was the daughter of the late George and Marion Elliott Belles and was a member of the First United Methodist Church Shickshinny.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Glenn Sorber, brother David Belles and sister Noreen Kope.

Elaine is survived by her sons Richard Sorber, Allan (Brenda) Sorber; five grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Private services were held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Berwick, under the direction of the Piatt Funeral and Cremation, Hunlock Creek.
