DANIEL H. LAMOREAUX, SR.

Daniel H. Lamoreaux, 87, of Hunlock Creek, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 in Lakewood Nursing Home, Nanticoke.

Born in Hunlock Creek, December 15, 1935, he was the son of the late Woodrow and Anna Mullen Lamoreaux and was a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed Sunday dinner with family and family was the most important thing to him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine Evarts Lamoreaux and three sons, Daniel Jr., Paul and Kenneth Lamoreaux.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Deborah Wolfe, Lesa Harrison, Brian and Richard Lamoreaux; grandchildren, great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 11:00 am from the Piatt Funeral and Cremation, 6 Sunset Lake Road, Hunlock Creek, with Pastor James Lamoreaux officiating. Interment will follow in Lamoreaux Cemetery.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation on Monday from 5 to 7 pm and Tuesday morning from 10:30 am until time of service.
